New Zealand's Massey High School visits Florida for Rugby Matches News 7/27/2008  Sixty-six students athletes from Massey High School in New Zealand recently spent three weeks touring The United States of America and Canada. The purpose of their tour was sporting, educational and cultural with a great emphasis placed on the opportunity to make new life long friends. Representing the school were the boys and girls hockey and badminton teams as well as the girls netball and boys rugby teams. They visited San Francisco, Vancouver, Toronto, New York, Miami, San Diego and Los Angeles playing games every three days. There were opportunities to visit famous sites such as: Alcatraz, Stanley Park, Niagara Falls, The Florida Everglades, Manhattan Island, San Diego’s Sea World, Disneyland and Universal Studios which proved to be the most memorable.

New Florida Youth Rugby Tournament U-19 and 17's Boy tournament set to debut in May of 2010 4 Tors in collaboration with Florida's top rugby clubs are set to launch a junior international tournament in May of 2010. Plans are on the way to not only raise the profile of Florida Rugby but also to provide international teams with a viable option for post or pre-season preparations.
